about
I wrote this song back in 2011, when I first moved out of my moms house. My brother had just gotten married and my parents were going through a divorce. I found myself alone and thats when I first picked up a guitar. I was a starved and drunk college student, whose only outlet was writing and creating music. This song is part of collection of songs and will be part of an album titled 'Sad Songs for Happy People' that will hopefully be released soon.

lyrics
Now this is starting to make sense. Would you please stop pretending. If this is how you meant it, this wouldn't be the ending. I tried to tell you but you didn't listen. This is my luck prescribed. I wanted to show you, you paid no attention. Oh how our lives collide. This is my mid-quarter life crisis. I held your hand, you held on to my blacklist. It's stirring in my soul, I guess I'll fake a smile so nobody knows that I tried to tell you but you didn't listen. This is my luck prescribed. I wanted to show you, you paid no attention. Oh how our lives collide.
